Delete your Fanli account
This page explains how Fanli app users can permanently delete their account and what happens to associated data.

FASTEST METHOD
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Fanli app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the Account tab and select Delete account.
- Review the consequences and enter DELETE exactly as shown.
- Confirm the system deletion alert. Fanli closes the account, clears the app session and returns the app to guest mode.
Account deletion is permanent. Withdraw available cashback and review pending orders, cashback and withdrawals before confirming deletion.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a request from your registered email. We use that address and proportionate follow-up checks to verify account control before deletion.
Email service@en.fanli.comNever send your password, verification code, access token, full bank details or payment card information. Support does not ask for them.
DATA OUTCOME
What is deleted and what is retained
Retained only when required
- Order, cashback, wallet and withdrawal records
- Tax, accounting and legal-acceptance records
- Open dispute, security and fraud-prevention records
Retained records are restricted to legal compliance, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and settlement of outstanding financial obligations. They are kept only for the applicable statutory recordkeeping or limitation period, or until an open dispute is resolved, and are then deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Profile data has no additional general retention period after deletion.
Deletion does not erase outstanding financial obligations. If orders, cashback, withdrawals or disputes remain unresolved after closure, contact support from your registered email so Fanli can verify the request and complete settlement. service@en.fanli.com
